We create and manage GDPR-compliant WhatsApp groups which link University halls, their residents, and trusted businesses together - enhancing the ability for students to connect with one another whilst providing relevant companies with a channel to reach university communes.

HALLZER is an expanding enterprise and aims to foster better networking between students and their local areas in university campuses all around the United Kingdom.
The business is presently in its pilot phase of operations, and will (primarily) be focusing on University cities in the North-West of England. We aim to become a national firm by 2027.
We offer a variety of services for halls, their residents, and trusted businesses who join us:
Local and trusted businesses can use HALLZER to directly promote products and deals which are relevant, useful and cost-effective to students.
Through our 'announcements' panel, we can relay weekly messages into nearby student halls within our groups. This can be for as few as 3 nearby to a business, or an entire city's worth of halls.
HALLZER provides its business clients with analytical data showcasing the quantity and regional location of clicks generated by each promotion shared within our hall group chats.
This allows for our clients to understand how successful one of our promotions has been, and where potential interest originates from.
Halls and PBSAs that collaborate with us will have access to an integrated panel where residents can easily submit repair and maintenance requests.
These requests are forwarded directly to an appropriate member of the hall's maintenance team, ensuring issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Once a task has been completed, HALLZER will notify the entire community group so students remained informed throughout the process.
On rare occasions, students may feel disheartened at the lacking camaraderie with randomly-assigned flatmates. They also can experience anxiety when moving in with strangers who they have never communicated with.
HALLZER offers a solution to both of these issues by allowing students to find and communicate with future flatmates more effectively before their move-in day, and by enabling enhanced networking with tenants who live in the same hall in different flats. Studies by Amber Student have illustrated that enabling enhanced communication between students in PBSAs can increase positive reviews and retainment rates.
